Good day, I created a spreadsheet with many CF's and save the sheet on our network, however, when my manager tries opening it the CF's do not work. they are there when I click on CF > Manage Rules, they just not working, neither is the Data Validation Drop Downs? Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
Whether your manager excel version differs from yours?

My Managers Excel is 2007 and mine is 2010
I cant send a screen shot as it has super sensitive info on it. Sorry :-(
In 2010 CF you can use refernces to other worksheet directly but prior versions like 2007 requires a named range to contact the other worksheets.
Please confirm whether your CF is referenced to other worksheets?
Yes, most of them refer to a cell in another sheet - is that the problem?

Is the address of the sheets you reference the same on your manager's machine as yours?
I.e. is the address 'Z:\Folder1\Folder2\File.xls' on your machine but 'Y:\ . . .' on his? If so, try using Universal Naming Convention (i.e. the actual name that Z or Y represents) instead.
You can check it in your manager 2007 excel, try to reference another sheet in CF excel will not allow you to select another sheet in 2007 version of excel
