Problem with COUNTIFS formula

Hello.

I need help with the attached file, it won't accept date as a criteria. Starting with cell L2 the formula should start =COUNTIFS($A$2:$E$8;I2;$F$2:$F$8;*MISSING CRITERIA*)

I will of course need the same formula in each cell in ranges L2:L8 and N2:N8. For services 1 and 2 the date reference is column F, for 3-7 it's column G.

These problems are always obvious to those that know the spreadsheet and what it's meant to do. For those of us looking at it for the first time a bit more of an explanation is helpful. Something to keep in mind for next time
