3 background color models with cf formula

hello all,

i have data and want to make background color with CF formula based on adjacent cell (name column), with 3 criteria as following this ;
1) if i typing "yes" in cell J3 down, background color will be blue color
2) if i typing "no" in cell J3, background color will be purple color
3) if nothing type (blank cell) with using formula in CF, no background color

please, see workbook attached..

any help me, will be give appreciated...

hi, cbatrody, thanks your feedback but not suite with desired table...
with your formula,i must type "yes" or "no" repeat... i just want to type criteria "yes" or "no" once based on adjacent cell (only contained text & skip blank cell)..

have you any idea?
