check a cell for a certain time and day of week

hi - please help.

I have attached an example spread sheet. I have a column with date and time. I am trying to calculate the cost of electricity for each hour. The price is different based on the time of day and the day of the week.

so I need to check the date/time column, and if its a weekday, and between 7am and 10am I must multiply the kWh column with the electricity price, which in a separate table. there is a different price on weekdays between 7am and 10an, then again a different price between 10am and 6pm and so forth.

does anyone know how to do this?
