Sorting a list by its code Chronologically skipping first

Hi, I've had some great help with learning excel here and hoped I could again!

I have attached a file with the problem...

I need to create a table with the top 14 'ReNo' for each code listed in columns F1-R1. These need to be in chronological order. Also if the code is part of the latest date then that first ReNo. needs to be ignored (since it will not have completed its cycle).

I have had help getting to the formula I have but I can't get it to sort in these ways, so as it is its not working right.

    Hope someone can help!

    Pl see attached file.
Regarding date and omission of First ReNo more clarification required.

Re: Sorting a list by its code Chronologically skipping first

    Hi AMk,

Thanks for helping me out! The problem is the ReNos are not in order of highest first and are needed chronologically so when they are drawn into the table, the oldest ReNo needs to be at the top based on the ReNo's first appearance, and the youngest one at the bottom, with only one of each ReNo in each column (so no duplicates).

Hope that clarifies, little tricky to explain!

I haven't used this before can you quickly explain its function and name in arrays (which I am learning)? F$1:F1

    Thanks again

the formula gives ReNo in F2 next in F3 so on.If not ok for this code (278545600110210) give the list of ReNo.
