Lookup Help: Duplicates with multiple criteria

Hey mate, I have a way, whether or not it's exactly what you're after is another thing.

Basically created a helper column with formula that summarises both columns, then ran a conditional format which highlightes duplicates. You just then have to remove the duplicates.
