Trying to consolidate data for a drop down list

I have attached a file that i am trying to do a drop list for. I will be doing a drop down list for each column. When i do the drop down list i will only want 2014/GMC/Sierra 3500 HD to show once. Then SLE/SLT/WT to only show once and so on. I dont know if this can be done any help would be great. Thanks

Re: Trying to figure out if this can be done in Excel

You need to create unique list somewhere in the sheet and then list from that extracted list.

You can use Advanced Filter located under the Data tab in Excel 2007 to get unique records.

Yes, you need to filter each data and then add range name in name manager for each data and use it in your validations.
