    Thumbs up help pairing columns

    Greetings to all, Im am new here and quite new to excel, Im hoping someone can help with a problem im having,
    and many thanks in advance for any help i may receive . Let me please try explain
    I have 2 columns in spreadsheet. A+B and each column has a list of product categories and list 2 also has a set of category items, but i need to see if there is any matched categories in column B the same or simuler to column A and then pair them up, sorry if i am a little confusing, thanks again for any help, mark

    Maybe you have small sample excel workbook? explain the desired result too, and try to upload it at the forum.

    1. Click "Go Advanced" button next to "Post Quick Reply"
    2. Find the attachment button there (with paperclip Picture)

    Go Advanced
    Manage Attachments
    Add Files (very top right)
    Select Files (browse to your example file)
    Upload Files
    Done (very bottom right)
