for outstanding limit to supply next

Formula on d2 that will search for code
b2 and than look for a1 the customer and
than plug the last supply date

I'm not sure what you're matching against. I went with ACC, REF, and DESCRIPTION.

=LOOKUP(2,1/((Sheet2!$C$2:$C$10000=Sheet1!A2)*(Sheet2!$D$2:$D$10000=Sheet1!B2)*(Sheet2!$E$2:$E$10000=Sheet1!C2)),Sheet2!$A$2:$A$10000)

This will pull "last" though not necessarily the most recent.
