Hi, I'm creating a table where i need to be able to easily drag down and and link the cells to another sheet. The formula in the first row is

In the next cell i need it to beso there is 377 cells between each. Obviously when i drag down it gives me I$5, I$6 etc. Does any one know an easier way to drag down and have this gap fill automaticallyFormula:Please Login or Register to view this content.

=IF(INDEX(Extract!I:I,(ROW(A1)-1)*377+4)=0,"",INDEX(Extract!I:I,(ROW(A1)-1)*377+4))

Thanks, I should have mentioned the Table starts a cell "C6". Does this make a difference to the formula?
In that case
=IF(INDEX(Extract!C:C,(ROW(A1)-1)*377+6)=0,"",INDEX(Extract!C:C,(ROW(A1)-1)*377+6))
Sorry, i meant the table where i put the formula not the source data. I think the first is right looking at the return values
