SUMIF's on Multiple Conditions

I'm trying to create a new model in which I can export data from one program and insert the cashflows into excel. In doing so I have created the following model attached below. Using the index and match formula I'm able to recreate the exported data into the way I would like to display it (currently month by month), but I would also like to display it in a yearly format.

The formula would have match all the cells in year x but I would also like to match it to the number referenced in the row. Any help would be appreciated.

Currently my yearly is just a sumif formula matched to the year but does not correlate to the row referenced. If you take a look at the model you may get a better idea of what I am talking about. Thanks
