Count number of occurences per month per day Excel 2010

Hi and welcome to the forum

Please do not upload a picture of your file...rather, upload a sample of your workbook, showing what data you are working with, a few samples of your expected outcome is (manually entered is ok) and how you arrived at that. (exclude sensitive info). Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff)

To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.

Ok, gotcha. Here's the workbook. So the first sheet is the raw data or rather a sample of it. The actual file has a years worth of months in it. The second sheet has the results I'm looking for. The formula would count how many OT shifts of greater than or equal to 12 hours occurred on each day of the month and then count how many days of each month had 1, 2, 3, and 4 or greater people on OT each day. I hope I've explained it clearly. If not, please let me know.
