IF/AND Formula

In the attached file I'm trying to get the numbers in columns G and I to correlate inversely to the numbers in columns M and O.

For example, G6 = -110 & I6 = 100 AND M6 = 100 & O6 = -110. This is what I want.

All the cells highlighted green means that the formula worked as planned.

All the cells highlighted red means that the formula did not work as planned.

Is there a way to alter the formula in columns I & O (they are the same formula) to eliminate this discrepancy?
