Dear Excel Expert

Please kindly help me to calculate the total number of directors of a list attached in the excel file. I would like to get the sum of column C in column I (total number of directors) for each company and for each year and in column J total number of independent directors for each company and each year.

I have manually put the sum for you to inform you what I want.

Please kindly help me.
