Making Formula for my brother - NOVICE USER

Hi guys!

I have never been to this site but thought you might be able to help.

I used excel a few years ago but never got into it very much.

My brother is looking to make a spreadsheet with formula's that can automatically calculate what he needs with the info he supplied me.



Like i said i havent done any excel work in years so it would be awesome if someone maybe has a template or could help me out


Data from Brother:

I quoted them $55 per hour per screener with a 3 hour minimum per screener.
Lipids plus glucose $16
Nicotine $8

Total $24 for blood results above and examiners one person every 12 minutes if only two screener and one person every 10 minutes if three or more screeners.
½ hour set up plus ½ hour clean up and processing.
Screen from 7:30 to 11 daily. So if you screen 3.5 you must add one hour per screener for set up and processing.

I will get more info on how it needs to be set up but thats what he emailed me.
