How do I insert such type of graph?

Im working on a research paper where i want to add a chart of cumulative savings and their cost, so that for each price it is clear how much of the savings can be done for that price (all below it). Attached is a sketch of which i mean. Data I want to use for the model are pairs of x1 and y1, savings size and price of the investment related to those savings (in ratio to savings)20140326_151613.jpg

Thnx, looks kind of like what i need. However, filling there will fill entire graph. I found an example of a graph i want to recreate: excel forum.jpg

Is it maybe an option to set a bar chart to have custom widths? so that bar has both x and y value?
