Making a Timeline

I am a physician and I am trying to make a graphic timeline of what happened during a patient's course. The templates I found for timelines were all business project ones and only used date. I need to use date and time, i.e. at 0900 on 3/3, as opposed too just 3/3. I tried to reformat the templates I found for date and time instead of just date and that didn't work. Any ideas???

Thanks, but the trouble is I want just an x-axis (time and date) and then label things along the x-axis. IT won't let me do that.
