Pivot Table with multiple categories and multiple ratings of each category

I am going to try not to confuse myself but I need help...

I have a spreadsheet of ratings our company has received from an outside source.

My challenges...and they are many...

I have multiple business units.

I have multiple job titles per business unit.

I have multiple rated categories.

I have multiple rating options per category (i.e., 1 1.5 up to 5)

Those are the basic issues I have the most need of resolving right now.

I would like to be able to pivot multiple ways...i.e., total number of ratings so that I can get a percentage of <3 ratings vs >3 ratings per category so that I can give an overall percentage per category then also compare it against other business units ratings.

I would like to do the same within each business unit by job title.

It is my plan to build charts to display the data. Am I asking for the impossible???
