Remove drop down filter from Pivot Table

Hello I was hoping you could help, I am new to VBA and i am trying to remove a filter from only one of the headings in my Pivot Table in excel 2007. I am creating a Dashboard for a number of users and I have used the environ code to make sure when each person opens the spreadsheet only their details are pulled. However on all the fields on several different field headings the drop down is available and the user is able to drop down and click on any of their colleagues. I would only like to remove the drop down on the agent name or user name field. your help is much appreciated.
