Having trouble graphing point estimates with confidence intervals

I am looking to plot 4 points with confidence intervals. Perhaps importantly, some of the confidence intervals go negative

I tried using the "stock" style of graph. However, when I do this, the point estimate does not show up (just the confidence interval) and the X axis category labels are right up against the zero line, which means they run over the negative confidence intervals.

Use errorbars.
As a source choose nonstandard, and select prepared cells with lengths.
Note that lower errorbars have positive value.
See attached picture. (and next time - post a sample workbook).
Graph type is linear with points only.
