Stacked bar chart problems. Creating 2 bars next to each other.

Hi all,
I have a problem developing proper Bar chart.


I would like to create chart where I would present results for 2 years + budget.
I would like to use stacked bar chart for 2 years, where each year has got own bar divided in half: external works and internal works, whilist the budget would come as a line.

So far I have developed such a graph:

Though I need those years to be shown as separate bars monthly.

Anyone helpful?
