Can a Pivot Table display a second Grand Total row (one for total # and another for %)?

Hi All, wondering if it is possible to show to a second grand total row to show not only total numbers, but also a percentage breakout.

This is in an effort to show terminated employees as to why they left the company, and what level performers they were so we can look at why top talent is leaving. We want to show not only total numbers, but also how the performance ratings were broken out.

I have a sample attached just in case needed, thank you in advance for any suggestions. With this pivot table is a macro that allows users to break out by category such as gender or race, and the bigger reason for researching possibilities on adding the second total row to the pivot table so it can update dynamically.
