Unique Count Problem x 3

I have the following coloms

Country
Client Number
Amount
Currency

My report should show the following:

Country - Currency - Number of different clients (some sort of count but unique) - Amount

See file for better explanation... but i cannot seem to have a unique count of the different clients for different currencies for different countries!!
