How to add a vertical line graph on a stacked horizontal bar chart?

Sorry to open up an old thread but I need to do exactly what you're talking about. My problem is that I don't know how to set the data ranges for X and Y values or set the maximum value for the secondary vertical axis in order to align data points. Can you give me some more detailed instruction?
