Scaling the x-axis of excel scatter plot

Hi,

I have Excel 2010 and I want to change the scaling of the x axis of a scatter plot to represent seconds from "-10" to "30" in 5 second intervals...

However, I want the data for "0" to be a certain time. For example, "0" should display the data 06:30:00 with its corresponding value, "5" should display 06:30:05 with its corresponding value and so on...

You have some entries which are in (excel) time format. Let's assume that they are in Column A.

Then somewhere in your sheet you could put a formula similar to:
