Is it possible to create chart like attached image in Excel?

If yes, what should be the Chart Type?

It looks to me like it might be a variation on Jon Peltier's "Arbitrary Axis" technique: http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/ArbitraryAxis.html

It can be difficult to give specific help without specific questions. Did you follow Jon's tutorials? Was there something specific that you didn't understand or a step that you had trouble following?
