Creating a graph to highlight volume/revenue differences across multiple sectors.

    Hi All,

I'm trying to create a graph (ideally quadrant based) where I can plot the value of business on different sectors.

    I have data as follows:

Col A: Sector; Col B: Volume; Col C: Revenue Ratio to Target.

And I'd like to plot a graph which can illustrate the fact that some high volume sectors might actually be less attractive in revenue terms. In my mind this works best in a quadrant - where I'm completely clueless about how its done.

I'm not sure if there are easier ways to plot this, but I look for your assistance in creating something meaningful.
