placing chart name and date above chart

Hi

Can the code which creates the Title and Date in the Chart be removed from the chart and be placed above the Chart?

In the position shown in the attached file

Your example was rejected by my security fence as not an excel file.

It is a simple matter to have a macro get the title text from a chart and put it somewhere else. I don't understand which Date you mean.
