    Managing my chart and database

    Hi all,

    I have created 9 charts, one main set of database and a lot of row and column of formula database all in one tab and the other tab is the summary, analysis table and report. It getting bigger that I think I need to better manage it. I want to avoid using more tab.

    Any suggestion for those who have done it.

    Just found out that there are power pivot, pivot table, pivot chart and power view. Another is access.

    Any advise as I never use them before.

    Hi DavidRoger,

    You can move the data to MS access tables and keep the Charts, analysis table and report into MS Excel. This is a better way to do it.
    Use the query feature of MS access to pull the summary data into Excel sheet.

    Thank you for your guide.

    Can MS Access deal with the formulated database also?

    Another thing, can my database be live update?

    Meaning when I type database in the MS Access, it will also update instantly.

    Please confirm both.

    Hi David,

    You can post your DB queries to MS Access forum, you can find help over there as this is a MS Excel forum.
    and Yes you can use formulas in MS access
    for your second question , I don't have any idea
