Hey all,
I have a spreadsheet we pulled from one of our tracking system. The following are prices that correspond to each home we build. We have the square footage in the second row.
My goal is to put these into a pivot table and show me all the prices that are "Too High" given the Square Footage to price trend/ratio. A good example would be product 2 between E and F OR product 7 between C and D. The square footage is still increasing yet there is a drop in the price?
We have hundreds of these so I'd love an easy way to analyze the data!
Let me know your thoughts.
