Making an auto-sorting chart

Hello Everyone!

I have some data (sample data in attachment) with states listed in column A, and values in column B. I want to make a graph of this info with the follow requirement:

-I want to display the 5 states with the highest values, along with that value
-This data is always updating itself, so the chart needs to always be feeding off the data.
-I would like it to display the 'top 5' states from largest to smallest value.
-I am thinking a bar graph would make most sense visually, but im definitely open to suggestions.

Im not an expert in excel, so the more details on how to do this the better. Even better would be creating it in the attachment, and uploading your version so I can see exactly how you did it.
Any ideas?
