Need help on making a horizontal line on my chart touch the Y-axis

Hi,

I have been googling this for some time now, but unable to figure an easy way to do it.

Please see the attached excel file with the table and graph. My goal is to make the horizontal line in the graph touch the Y-axis otherwise without changing the layout of the bars.

Would really appreciate any help.

move the line to the secondary axis.
add secondary horizontal axis.
Format Axis crosses on tick marks.
set tick labels and major marks to none.
set line to none
delete secondary vertical axis
