Chart Data Labels and Format Codes - Multiple Criteria

Hello,

I've been using the Format Code

0;;;

with success to hide zero values on a chart. Now I'm looking for a way to display a decimal (

#.0

) with the condition that the value is greater than zero and less than 10. The problem I'm having is making both of these work together, hiding zero values on the data labels and coming up with a way to display the small values (less than 10) with a single trailing decimal point.

I've tried linking it to the source and doing something fancy with TEXT but that didn't seem to work. Is there any way for me to do the following:

1. Have a chart with Data Labels set to Value
2. Hide Values equal to zero
3. Format values less than 10 with a single decimal
4. Format values greater than 10 without a decimal
