Pivot Table Count Without Row/Column Stacking

    Hi!

I am currently trying to work out a way to individually total a number of categories per week.

In my data source each record is assigned a week number along with varying categories which I want to total.

For example, the data is based around 'Accidents' - with in each record you grade the accident out of '1-4', additionally you must state if 'further action was required' with a Y/N and if a 'Specialist was Engaged' also with a Y/N.

So I would need individual totals for each on a separate row, like so:

I have tried with pivot tables but I am unable to 'unstack' the totals.

A work around for me would be to create separate pivot tables but I would also like to combine the data into a graph.

    Any ideas anyone?
    Thanks in advance!!
