PLEASE HELP!! Pivot table showing incorrect sums

I have a file with order data, and I am trying to create a pivot table that shows how many of each type of meal were ordered. This should be extremely simple, but the sums showing in the pivot table are way lower than they should be. For example, the Pasta Free Butternut Squash Lasagna_L, is showing a sum on the pivot table of 135. However when you manually sum that column (AD) in the data tab, you get 542. I need to figure out why the sums are incorrect, how to fix it, and also how to get the pivot table to refresh when data is changed or added (when I manually change a number in the data and press refresh, nothing happens).

Perfectly correct - Your report filter in cell A1 is set to 9 which is the selected delivery month - I you set it to "All" you get 542 as required
