Pivot table & conditional formatting maybe???

Please someone help!


I have a list of data with thousands of entry that looks exactly like the sample sheet. I'm attempting to create a pivot table that can take all the missed projects in the status column (A), per location (F). Maybe higlight them or somehow push them to the top of the list or maybe show a percentage of how many are being missed. So the projects can be addressed promptly without the neccessity of scrolling down. Any ideas will be helpful. Smaple sheet attached-
