Graphing Data

Hi:

I am trying to create a graph of the data in the attached. I'm tracking the number of schedules changes but would like to show the reasons on a chart as well. What is the best approach to plot the number of schedule changes in a over the period of time in the attached?

Sorry I don't have an answer to your problem but I do have a question: Why such a large Font Size - 28!! If you have troubles with your eyes can can use a more normal size something between 10 - 12 and then use 'Zoom In' to make it so you can read it.
