Time/Distance scatter graph

I am trying to produce a graph of Time/Distance for travel along a railway.

See the attached screen shot of the one I have started.
The Distance down the track is on the y-axis and time on the x-axis.
The problem is that i have over a thousand data sets on the track to graph because i want to look at trends in the running times.
At the moment I have to create a new series for each line of running times.

Can anyone suggest a way to automate this process.
