organizing data

I have a list of weapons, instructors and certification status. I need to know how to organize the data in order to have a pivot table that has a slicer where you can select the instructor and see their certification status relative to each weapon.
So it might look like
Weapon Status.
Gun 1 SME. Mike. Sean. Jim
Gun 2. PI. Jim
Gun 3. AI. Mike Sean. James. Connor
