Two chart matching with IF function

Hi all,

I want to match the below two chart is matching with one another or not.

If A2 and A13 is matching, then the status bar in yellow column will be “OK”, if not matching then the column will show “Not Ok”.

I have put the formula like IF(A2=A13,OK,NOT OK) But it is not working. Can you suggest me any help to correct it. attaching the file also.

=IF(A2=A13,"OK","NOT OK")
