Extend range when new data added for charts

Hi all,

Appreciate any guidance on this area, I'm hoping it's quick fix but I cannot seem to find it.

I have the following table as an example, which is plotted on a chart:

My problem is, I want to more data each week (week 4 up to 52) but want the chart to then automatically pick up the new data.

If I choose the 52 cells and they're blank, it still plots nil values on my graph. However, I only ever want data where there is a value attached.

Any help is much appreciated and apologies if I'm just being thick!
