Conditional Formatting Pivot Tables/Calculate Field Lists

    Hello,

Is there a way to to conditional format a calculated field list within a pivot table?

For example, I want to format a list of "values" within the pivot table to highlight cells based off my parameters; but am unsure how to accomplish that without actually formatting an entire column.

Re: Conditional Formatting Pivot Tables/Calculate Field Lists

    Hello Smith,
Not too sure about excel 2010 but i do it often in excel 2007. Below is how i do it in 2007:
    1. Click on the field you want to do conditional formatting
    2. Click on conditional formatting on home tab
    3. Go to new rule
    4. In the first box where it says apply rules to check second option where it says ..... all cells showing "Your Field Name" values
    5. In next box select an applicable rule type
    6. Edit the rule description
    Hope this works for you.
    Best Regards/VKS
