Need to draw data into Pivot Table in order to create breakout lists and then calendars

This forum is so helpful! I can't find a similar post for my need, so here goes:
For Scheduling and Dispatching (8 drivers, several stops per day), I have a data sheet (Excel 2010) that's updated throughout the day with names, addresses, call date, needed service date/time, and a series of other criteria - and have created a Pivot Table to draw data onto another sheet. At a glance, managers need to see all driver's schedules (individually with stop details, and all drivers in one calendar without details). Can a Pivot Table do this, or is it better to use an 'IF' function? Is there a function to draw data into a calendar automatically? The Pivot Table doesn't want to show the data the way I need it (listed by driver, then in date order of his schedule underneath)...but I'm new to this. Please see attached sheet (most cells have a drop-down choice).
THANKS for any help/advice you can give!
