Pivot Table Column/Formatting Issue

Hi-

On tab "Commission Report", how do I change, so I don't see a "q1 total/q2 total/q3 total column"? I know MTD is part of the q 3 column, but I want it to read q1, q2, q3, and then MTD(as a stand alone). The sum in q3 should include MTD, but I don't want a seperate q3 total column. Please see attached.

Right click on the column header and un-check "Subtotal Quarter".

The only issue with that is that the total in q3 is not including MTD. It reads 74,400.03. August(MTD) is apart of q3. I would like to see q3 read $107,814.81. I would still like the MTD column there.

You could include subtotals but collapse Q1 and Q2, which would leave you with Q3 @ 74k, MTD @ 33.4k, and Q3 Total @ 107.8k.
