Multiple Bars - Stacked Column Chart

Hi,

Firstly, apologies.....I know there are threads on this topic already and I have been scouring Google too, but I just can't get this chart to do what I want.

I have attached what I have achieved so far (not a lot)...but I need the bars to be next to each other for 'All', 'Northeast' etc and the horizontal axis labels to be merged across both bars. I'm sure this is easy, but I can't suss it out.
