    Create graph monthly and yearly

    excel graph help.xlsx

From the example that I attached in this thread.

I would like to create a graph where X-axis is equal to types of leave, and Y-axis is equal to months of year 2013.

I want to find out which leave has the highest number, and it is able to compare the data in column with other leaves of employees both monthly and yearly.

I understand that this will required 2 graphs to do so.

Could anyone help me with this please? I'm not sure how to put the data to create the right graph.

Re: Create graph monthly and yearly

You'll need to summarize your data to do this, and it has to be in rows & columns that contain all of what you want to show and nothing extra. For these different types of graphs, you might try a pivot table to automatically summarize your data for the format you're currently using.
