Hi I am a novice and need urgent help

I need help on how to generate graph and it is connected to combobox so that it will changed each time the user select on the option.
Alarm shows the images of the graph that needed to be plot out. ALMSOURCE are divided into five groups. AIE10X,AIM20X, AIM10X,AII10X, ARE10X.
