Graph from Multiple worksheets

I'm trying to make some simple line graphs with information from different worksheets.

I will also be adding more worksheets month by month and this needs to be easily added to the graph... hopefully automatically, if this is a problem then manually. The main issue here is making the graph from diferent wrksheets.

I have attached excel workbook to show what i need. Hopefully someone can help.
