Creating Bubble Chart

Hello, I'd like to create a bubble chart with a set of non-numerical data, is this possible? The x and the y axis are both the names of media outlets (BBC, CNN, etc.). Any time they reference each other, I put a "1" at the intersection of the two outlets. For example, if a CNN article references a BBC article there is a 1 if 1 reference, two if two references, etc. I figured the bubble chart would be the best way to represent the strength of the connection between the two outlets. I've attached the doc. If anyone has any other possible suggestions for how to best visualize this data in chart form that would be great.
