I use option buttons above a chart to select the data to display (Revenue, PBIT, Volume). When I navigate to this chart, the data label format displays 1,567 instead of 1 567. If I click one of the option buttons, the format then displays correctly as 1 567? I have checked Regional Settings which appears to be correct.

It all depends on how you have it all setup. Do you have any code associated with it? Cold you upload a sample workbook with this issue?

Certainly, but I need to see a sample of the Code in your WorkBook, so as not to re-invent the wheel.
Please could you upload a sample Workbook complete with the relevent Code?
The workbook is complex with a lot of data so difficult to upload a sample file. I want the chart to display numbers with space separators not commas.

No Andy it is not. The problem here is that I display data based on an option button selection and the data label is displayed as 5,678 but I want 5 678. The data that feeds the chart is formatted with a space. When I navigate to this sheet, I only get the correct data label after clicking a different option button to the one that is currently selected? I don't think it has anything to do with code though?

I have solved the problem by replacing "Linked to Source" with a custom format. Thanks to all for your interest.
